CEO

Friedman joined the group as CEO of Ashdar in 2008, bringing extensive experience from various key roles in the construction and real estate sectors. He holds a BA in Civil Engineering and an MA in Business Administration.

Mr. Friedman graduated with honors in civil engineering from the Technion and holds a master's degree in business administration from Reichman University.

Omer Guggenheim

Deputy CEO - BizDev and Urban Renewal

Guggenheim joined Ashdar in 2009 and currently serves as Deputy CEO for Business Development and Urban Renewal. He has previously held several key positions in business development and real estate appraisals. A certified real estate appraiser, he holds a BA in Economics and an MA in Law.

Roy Knafi

CFO

Knafi joined Ashdar in 2023 as CFO. He previously held several financial management roles at leading companies and holds a BA in Economics and Accounting, as well as an MA in Business Administration.

Adit Friedman

VP Marketing and Sales

Friedman joined Ashdar in 2024 as VP of Marketing and Sales. Prior to this, she managed complex marketing and sales processes at leading companies in consumer goods, real estate, and urban renewal.

Ezrahi joined Ashdar in 2021 as VP of Engineering. Prior to this role, he held several key positions at leading real estate companies. He holds a BA in Architecture and an MA in Civil Engineering and Business Administration.

Micha Kortzbard

VP Planning and Real Estate

Kortzbard joined Ashdar in 2018 and currently serves as VP of Planning and Real Estate. Before this role, he held several senior project management positions at leading real estate companies. He holds both a BA and an MA in Civil Engineering.
